Field Inspection
Acme Service, LLC can provide a walk through, visual and operational check inspection. This includes a detailed report for every room of the building, all appliances, windows, doors, walls, ceilings, carpets, hardwood floors, and more.
Boarding and Securing Property
Boarding and securing your property can restrict unauthorized access that could possibly result in damages, vandalism, or liability. Our boarding service crew is trained in both HUD, VA, and local codes pertaining to securing the premises.
Lock Services
We also have lock box installation. We do openings securing, lock change and/or rekey. We can rekey all the locks providing access to the property and secure other entrances, including garage doors, gates fences, and windows. As always we use the exact equipment according to each individual client’s specifications and needs.
Debris and Trash Removal Services
Our professional crew will do an initial walk through, and around the property taking detailed information, along with pictures. A free estimate of the property condition, and visually document the contents of the property and the items in the yard. Upon approval, all items deemed by the client not to be personal belongings will be collected, disposed, and recycled. Once again always keeping the future of our planet in mind!

We offer lawn mowing, weed removal, tree and hedge trimming, leaf raking, and blowing off all sidewalks and driveways just to name a few. Our trained experienced pool maintenance team offers, repair/installation and maintenance of filtration systems, water treatment, and regular pool cleaning.
